Health

This contract is written for the protection of the breeder, the buyer and foremost the puppy. To the best of the breeders knowledge, the puppy is in good health at the time of the sale. The buyer at the buyer's option and expense, should have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the Buyer's choice within 72 hours of the delivery of the puppy from the breeder to buyer. The guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury.
If a veterinarian examines the puppy and finds it to be unfit or unhealthy, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund, provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement that the puppy is unhealthy.
The puppy will be vet checked and issued a certificate of good health, signed and dated by our vet.
